Please transfer the complete amount without deduction to our bank account. Please make sure that no banking fees are drawn from the amount. We do not accept incomplete payment. Your ordered goods will be reserved for 14 days. They will be shipped when we have received complete payment in our bank account.

Kreditkarte
Payment by credit card is made via the payment service provider Stripe. You do not need a Stripe account to do this. Your credic card account will be charged 1 day after receipt of your order. In the ordering process you can choose between Visa, Mastercard and American Express. In order to protect your credit card information, your complete details will be encrypted and sent via SSL server and will not be stored by us.
PayPal
You will be directed to a PayPal page to complete payment. When you are logged into your PayPal account, you have to confirm the purchase.
Immediate bank transfer
SOFORT Banking is a payment method of Sofort GmbH, which is based on the principle of bank transfer. Unlike a regular bank transfer, all you have to do is check the payment. Details such as the amount and beneficiary are already filled in. Payment by SOFORT bank transfer is done in 4 steps:
- Select the bank of the account with which the payment is to be made.
- Log in on the secure payment form login page using your online banking data.
- Confirmation of the transfer with TAN and/or card reader depending on online banking.
- Confirmation of bank transfer and order.
SOFORT Banking is available in Germany, Austria, Switzerland (only EUR), Poland (only EUR), Italy, Spain, Belgium, The Netherlands.
giropay
When paying by giropay, you have the option – during the ordering process – to enter your known BIC and IBAN and thus pay quickly and easily. In order to use giropay, you do not need to register separately. You simply use the online banking access data (PIN and TAN) from your bank. giropay is only avalaible in Germany.
All prices are gross prices and include the current rate VAT depending on the country of your purchase. Shipping and other charges, such as import taxes will depend on the value of your order and the country to which the product is being shipped. These and any customs duties or tariffs that may be imposed on the deliveries will be paid by you.
Additional shipping costs, if applicable, are not included in the product price. These are stated on the page Shipping & delivery and they will be indicated during the checkout process.
